1. Rates are subject to 17.5% VAT
2. All vehicles are comprehensively insured
3. All rates include chauffeur service between:

- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00hrs

- Saturday and Public Holidays over time is charged at US$ 3.00 per hour

- Transport levy for drivers will be charged when a driver starts hire before 08:00hrs and after 17:00 hrs at US$ 8.00
4. Out of station hires

- Within Zambia - US$35 per night

- Outside Zambia - US$50 per night

Note:

Out of station allowance will not be charged if the client provides accomodation and meals for the driver.
5. All vehicles are hired with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank
6. Where self drive is concern, an extra US$15 will be charged per day for insurance.
7. Tour packages are available on request
8. Track hires are available on request

9. 8% deposit is required on all cash rentals before commencement of rental

 
Institutional bookings must be accompanied by an ORDER.
